The Mounting Adapter for Linear Actuators is a linear motion mechanism with a lead screw and resin nut. It saves space and reduces design time compared to a custom-built mechanism. To use with 2-Phase and 5-Phase stepper motors PKP Series frame size 42mm.

• Linear motion mechanism with a leadscrew and a resin nut
• Easy installation without the need of coupling to an Oriental Motor stepper motor
• For the 42 mm frame size, thrust and self locking force are both a max. 100 N

Permissible load has been increased by mounting with an offset parallel shaft gearhead. Direct mounting of the rotation mechanism to wheels or rotary tables has been simplified, which helps reduce design time.

This is a mounting bracket that allows you to attach an AZ Series mini driver (excluding AZD-KR2D) to the side of an AZ Series connector type motor. The driver can be installed near the AZ Series motor to save wiring and space, or it can be installed in the style of an integrated motor/driver.

• Driver compatible with DC input type AZ Series Connector type motors only
• Use with 42mm or 60mm, connector type round shaft or geared type AZ series motors

• 0.2m connection cable recommended*

Couplings come with shaft holes and have standarized combinations for different diameter shaft holes. Oil resistant and electrically insulated, aluminum alloy construction.
