for all other shipping methods. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada do not qualify for free shipping. Payment must be

DUTIES & TAXES
Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please visit www.export.gov to estimate duties & taxes which will be charged to you directly from a carrier.
PAYMENT METHODS
American Express, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal are accepted forms of payment. Credit Cards will be charged for prepayment of the order at the time of processing (note: transaction amount will temporarily differ from total and will be adjusted once the order is closed). LEAD TIMES (Available to Ship)
Holidays in both the U.S. and Japan may affect lead times. All lead times are quoted based on specific part number and quantity and are subject to availability. Lead time for larger quantities will vary. Please contact the Sales Center at (800) 418-7903 for lead time information on larger quantities. You will receive a ship date with you order confirmation.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. If you require an overnight shipment, please contact the Sales Center at (800) 418-7903 or include a note indicating this with your order.
RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY
Unless otherwise
noted. You can cancel your order by contacting the Sales Center at (800) 418-7903 up until the time the order has shipped. After that time, you need to contact the Sales Center to inquire about returning any or all of your order.
Certain products cannot be cancelled once the order has processed and are subject to restocking fees. These products are noted with specific Return/Cancellation policies within the shopping cart. All products must be returned within 90 days from date of invoice and are subjected to a service fee plus shipping & handling.
