Oriental Motor is excited to introduce the OVR Series Small Industrial Robots for moving small parts. These small industrial robots use the same products from the AlphaSTEP AZ Series Hybrid Step-Servo Product Family and are designed to be easy to use and cost-effective compared to other small industrial robots in the market.

To simplify control, use the MRCU Integrated Robot Controllers (up to 7-axis) or the MRC01-C Cartesian Robot Controller with AZ Series mini drivers. Additionally, the free MRC Studio software is available for pre-programming, testing, start-up, and maintenance of the OVR Series.

OVR Series Small Industrial Robots

• Articulated Robots: Our articulated robots come in 4, 5, and 6-axis models and feature a simple yet versatile mechanism.
• SCARA Robots: Our 3-axis SCARA robot offers a low-profile design and can fit in tight spaces.
• Cartesian Robots: These Cartesian robots ship with three linear slides pre-assembled, which streamlines the equipment setup process and minimizes labor requirements.

MRCU Series Integrated Robot Controller & Drivers

• The MRCU Series Integrated Robot Controller combines the MRC01 Robot Controller with up to 7 AZ Series DC-input mini drivers in a single package, saving space and making wiring easier.
• Controlled via EtherNet/IP™ or I/O
• Use with OVR Series

MRC01-C Cartesian Robot Controller

• The MRC01-C Cartesian robot controller supports easy programming and control of Cartesian robots.
• Direct control via EtherNet/IP™
• Use with the OVR Series Cartesian Robot
