UR+ Certified Product: DGII Series

The DGII Series hollow rotary actuators have been added to the UR+ ecosystem. It's easy to configure with URCap. The rotary table mechanism can be moved in conjunction with the robot.

The DGII Series is an integrated product consisting of a hollow rotary table and a motor. By combining a closed-loop αSTEP motor and a rotary table mechanism, high precision positioning is achieved. The large diameter of the hollow bore can be used for wiring and piping and eliminates complicated routing. Cross roller bearings are used for the hollow output table and high load and high rigidity. The horizontal motor mount type contributes to lowering the height of the equipment.

The DGII Series and Ethernet type mini driver can be configured with URCap with only the IP address. You can easily change the amount of movement and speed. Hollow rotary actuators from the DGII Series support collaborative robot automation through easy integration with UR robots.
