Two conveyors are driven by two three-phase induction motors to transport cylindrical loads (bottles, plastic bottles, etc.) between them (inverter is used for speed control)
Application: Printing and labeling loads

The brushless motor BMU Series provides precise speed setting and stable operation with less speed fluctuation. The speed difference between belts can be easily eliminated, improving load quality.

The speed regulation (with respect to load) is ±0.2 %*1.
For example, the speed range on the motor shaft at 3000 r/min setting is ±6 r/min. If 1/20 gears are used, ±0.3 r/min.
In addition to easily synchronizing the speed of multiple axes, stable operation is possible even when a wide variety of loads with different weights are transported.

Speed can be set digitally*2 in 1 r/min increments.
The speed of the 2 axes can be set accurately.
*1 When a three-phase induction motor is combined with an inverter, -15 % (reference value)
*2 Speed display and setting in conveyor speed (m/sec) is also possible
The BMU Series has a maximum speed of 4000 r/min. Speed ratio of 1:50 (80 to 4000 r/min) is achieved. Round Shaft and Combination-type Parallel Shaft or Right-Angle Hollow Shaft Geared models are available in standard and IP65/IP66 rated versions. Featuring 30 W (1/25 HP), 60 W (1/12 HP), 120 W (1/6 HP), 200 W (1/4 HP), 300 W (2/5 HP) and 400 W (1/2 HP) output power models.
Brushless DC Motors for Inverters are offered in 120 W (1/6 HP), 200 W (1/4 HP), 400 W (1/2 HP), and 750 W (1 HP) output, and have a permanent magnet in the rotor. When combined with an inverter, speed control range of 300~4000 r/min is possible. In addition, an efficiency level IE5 is achieved, contributing to reduced electricity costs and CO2 emissions. Available in 90 mm (3.54 in.), 104 mm (4.09 in.), and 110 mm (4.33 in.) frame sizes
