3-Axis Small Tabletop Robot Arm Enables Learning Mechanical and Software Aspects

The Industrial Training Robot features an open-structure design that allows users to study robotic arm mechanisms. Its intuitive, no-code programming environment uses command icons to help users create desired motions quickly. Compact and lightweight, the robot is ideal for education, research, and the development of robotic technologies and applications.

  • Rather than running a simulator, training is hands-on through operating actual equipment allowing for deeper, interactive learning of machine elements and design
  • Industrial robots require a significant investment, which can make deploying multiple units impractical. Our training robot provides a cost-effective solution for hands-on workforce training.

Note: The motor of each axis is not equipped with an electromagnetic brake.
When the power is turned off, the output shaft becomes non-excited and loses its holding force. Please handle with care.

Robot Arms Can Be Replaced or Customized and End Effectors Can Be Rearranged

Arm parts can be replaced. The movable range can be expanded by customizing the length and shape of the arm. The end effector can be easily attached, allowing the user to create an original robot by reassembling a wide variety of parts.

What You Can Do at Robot Lab

Proof of Concept

We can conduct transport tests using your workpiece and end effector to verify if operation is possible. We can perform detailed verification, including checking if the desired operating speed and trajectory are achieved, providing consultations on gripper design, and robot sizing. In addition, we can help address any other concerns you may have about introducing robots into your operations.

Demonstration (On-site/Remote)

We are exhibiting typical industrial robots, including "articulated robots" and "SCARA robots," as well as composite demonstration units combining these types.
