IEEPA Tariff Refund Eligibility Notice

We are pleased to inform you that you may be eligible to receive an IEEPA tariff refund for recent transactions on your account. This refund applies to eligible invoices dated between April 3, 2025, and February 24, 2026, where IEEPA tariffs were paid.

How to Claim Your IEEPA Refund
To help us review and process your refund request, please provide your eligible paid invoice number(s) for invoices dated between April 3, 2025, and February 24, 2026.

• Submit your eligible paid invoice number(s) to tariffrefund@orientalmotor.com and use subject line IEEPA Tariff Refund Eligibility
• After our Accounts Receivable team verifies the invoices, we will send you the necessary forms to complete the payment process.

Important Dates and Eligibility Requirements

• Submission deadline: Please provide your required payment information by December 15, 2026.
• Refund forfeiture: If the required information is not received by the deadline, eligibility for this refund will expire.
