Rack and Pinion System L Series - DSC Series Equipped
The Rack and Pinion System L Series- DSC Series Equipped is a linear actuator in which a rack and pinion mechanism with a motor have been combined. The on-board AC speed control motor allows for reasonable speed control.

Easy to Use Linear Motion Mechanism that is "Compact" and "High Strength"
The Rack and Pinion System can easily convert the motor's rotation to linear motion. The linear motion mechanism has a compact design but it can transport large loads due to its high-strength fabrication.
Shorter Time Between Design to Start-up
The Rack and Pinion System can reduce the number of parts used, and it can also significantly reduce the time spent on design and assembly.
Three Variable Speed Ranges Available
The DSC series AC speed control motor allows for speed control in vertical operation. Select from three variable speed ranges according to the frame size.

Rack-and-pinion systems, which are applicable to a variety of applications, are user-friendly products that can be selected according to the application needs.
Electromagnetic Brake with Deceleration Feature
These products have built-in power-off activated electromagnetic brakes. When power is accidentally cut off due to a blackout or other unexpected events, the electromagnetic brake holds the load in position to prevent it from dropping or moving. Also, when the motor is at standstill, it can be held by the electromagnetic brake. It is possible to suppress the heat generated from the motor by turning off the motor current.
Always ensure the Deceleration Feature is turned on.
Deceleration Control Function (Electromagnetic Brake Type)
This function applies brake current automatically to regulate the speed when the motor rotates faster than the set speed. Ideal for vertical, gravitational or horizontal operations. Can also be used for position holding.
DSC Series AC Speed Controller
Unique to Oriental Motor, the DSC Series offers closed loop control. The display and digital setting features are built into this compact driver.
