  • For devices consisting of multiple axes, such as XYZθ, a motor and driver must be provided as a single set, which requires a large number of wires
  • Increased number of inventory items due to the need to prepare drivers for each motor model number

Solution: Network Compatible Multi-Axis Drivers Reduce Wiring and Inventory

By adopting the CVD Series multi-axis type EtherCAT compatible, a single driver can support four axes. The driver inventory can be reduced because it is EtherCAT compatible, saves wiring, and can support various combination patterns with a single driver.

A single driver can control four axes. Motors, geared types and actuators can be controlled by setting current values via EtherCAT communication, and both 2-phase and 5-phase can be controlled by a single driver.
