Improved Equipment Reliability Through Alarm Output in Case of Overload
The stainless steel type brushless motor is equipped with a function that outputs an alarm in the event of an overload. This makes it possible to detect changes in load in real time, such as when the cutter catches on meat. In the event of an overload or other abnormality, the motor can be stopped, and the driver can output an alarm to notify that the equipment has stopped. This feature prevents equipment damage, allowing for reliable operation.

The output shaft of the stainless steel type brushless motor 200 W (1/4 HP) is a hollow shaft flat gearhead, which saves space by reducing the couplings or belt pulleys found in parallel shaft gearheads. Also, as the shaft on the power side is fastened with the hollow shaft of the motor, the risk of food getting caught in the motor is reduced compared to coupling fastening.
